About

I’m Mohsin Siddiqui.

I’m an organisational psychologist based in Dubai, and I spent more than twenty years in talent, leadership and organisation roles at Shell, Standard Chartered, ING and Philips (long enough to have built a few things I’d now advise against).

Fikrah means “idea”, and the practice runs on one habit: checking whether something works before anyone spends more on it.
